This really depends on you. Within the program, I teach you how to adjust based on the time you have available. At a minimum, you should be willing to commit to 2 30 minute sessions each week.
Any dad looking to simplify their training and nutrition. Their no gimmicks or fad diets here. Only time tested strategies we know will work. Mom’s groups are everywhere. It’s time dads have a space to come together to push each other and hold each other accountable.
This really depends on you. We've had dads come in and start seeing results in only a week or two. How ready are you to commit to yourself? If you take it slower, your results may be slower, and that's okay! We want to meet you where you're at.
No! We have dads of all fitness levels with a wide variety of backgrounds and training experience.
The goal is to grow into a physical location. But right now the program is entirely online. You’ll need some basic equipment, and we'll show you how to adjust based on what you have. I guarantee you’re going to get great results so you may need to look a gym or expanding your equipment in the future
I take the same ideas that I would use with my athletes for you. We had to be super efficient and know what we were looking for from our training. We keep the main thing the main thing. No gimmicks. Just stuff that has been proven to get results. That’s why we can structure it in a way where you only need to train 2-3x/week.
At its heart, this is a group program. So we’re all on the base program. However, we do talk about ways to modify for your unique situation. You can still sign up for 1:1 coaching and join the group if you need some extra attention or have a specific event you're training for.
Access to an online nutrition curriculum, , tracking right in our app, education and monthly meetings on topics you care about, discount on the highest quality supplements, and you’ll get a monthly 1:1 nutrition consultation with a Registered Dietitian.
It happens to all of us. You just need to start back up. You can beat yourself up about it. Or you can use this group to its fullest by brining your struggles to us. Whether you need a kick in the ass or some ideas on how to get past roadblocks, the group wants you to be successful!
